Sat 8th and Sun 9th Oct 20111. Grandmaster Do-Fai Wong taught seminars on Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Pushing Hands at the Hung Sing Martial Arts School. -

Hung Sing Summer Training Camp 2010 (22)
The first annual summer camp. Sifu Willcott and members of the Hung Sing Martial Arts School camped at Eaton Vale Activity Centre on Fri 20th - Sun 22 of August. Sifu taught an advanced broad sword form. -
GM 2010 UK (19)
Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong conducted seminars beginning on May 8th, 2010. Seminars included Dai Sup Ji Kuen (for instructors) and Gund Ji Kuen (for the students. On May 9th, San Bao RuYi Chi Kung and the Choy Li Fut Ten Seeds were taught. Additionally, Chris Abbott and Heidi Bacon passed black fringe (sifu level) testing and Sifu Niel Wilcott was promoted to Tai-Sifu. -
Sifu in Macau 2009 (10)
In Nov 2009 Sifu Niel Willcott, Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong and Great Grandmaster Wong Gong attended the 'Global Martial Arts Leaders Forum' in Macau,China. Representing three generations of Choy Li Fut, they lectured and demonstrated our Kung Fu to the other Martial Arts Leaders. -
Sifu in China 2009 (47)
Sifu Willcott visits is teacher Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong in his home in China. GM teaches the Iron Arrow Long Form. They visit King Mui village to see the first CLF school and meet with Chan Sun Chiu. Chan Sun is the great grandson of Chan Heung and the Keeper of Choy Li Fut. -

GM 2008 UK (10)
Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong and his wife Tai-Simo Regina Wong visited the UK. Grandmaster taught a weekend of seminars. Sifu Willcott, performed the rare Choy Li Fut Drunken Form at the annual expo. During the weekdays, Grandmaster taught Sifu Willcott the King Mui variation of the Tiger Form. -
Plum Blossom World Championship Tournament SF (22)
Tai-Sifu Niel Willcott and a team of students and instructors from Norwich, London and Bristol visited the world headquarters for Choy Li Fut Kung Fu in Sept 2008. The team entered the PBIF Tournament, had some time with Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong and enjoyed sight seeing in San Francisco. -
Lion dance Leicester sq. London (11)
Our school are experts in Chinese lion dancing. Each year, we perform many lion dances for weddings, New Year celebrations and restaurant openings. These photographs are of a traditional ceremony being performed in London's Chinatown for a restaurant opening. -
GM 2007 UK (43)
The Hung Sing Martial Arts School invited Grandmaster to teach seminars in 2007. GM taught a mixture of seminars. For instructors he taught a left and right handed broadsword form, for students’ techniques in joint locking and fighting strategies. The Hung Sing children were privileged to a seminar on the five animals. -
Taiwan 2006 (7)
Our federation participated in the largest push-hands tournament in history. We won over 36 awards, putting our team in second place to the Taiwanese national team. Sifu Willcott won fourth place in his weight category. This category was made up of over 30 competitors from Taiwan, China, Korea and Japan. -

The Hung Sing Martial Arts school preform a lion dance to open a new Chinese restaurant on Prince of Wales Road, Norwich. 10th April 2006 -
Zhengzhou, China 2004 (24)
1st World, Traditional Wushu Tournament in Zhengzhou, China. This competition was only open to advanced level instructors. Consisting of over 2500 athletes from 62 countries, viewed by over 50,000 spectators and shown live to televisions all over China. Our team totalled 40 people representing four countries, and we won 72 medals. As a result of this, we became the winning team for this tournament. Sifu Willcott won two silver medals. -
