Heidi Bacon is a seventh generation, teacher of Choy Li Fut Kung Fu and disciple of Tai-Sifu Niel Willcott.
December 2006 Tai-Sifu Willcott awarded her Black belt level in Choy Li Fut Kung Fu
September 2007 Tai-Sifu Willcott awarded her Black belt in Yang Style Tai Chi.
May 2010. Heidi was tested by Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong and Tai-Sifu Willcott and officially ranked black fringe level. Promoting her to the title of Head Instructor Hung Sing Martial Arts School Dereham.
Her aim is to have her first student to pass Tai Sifu Willcott’s black belt test.
Heidi was awarded the Hung Sing Instructor of the Year, 2005 and has regularly represented the Hung Sing Martial Arts School at many local tournaments, as well as winning countless gold and silver medals at the British Hung Sing Championships. She was also part of the Hung Sing Martial Arts School team at the Plum Blossom World Championships in San Francisco, 2008 Lead by Tai-Sifu Willcott. She is an active member of the school’s lion and dragon dance teams and has performed at many events across the county and beyond!
Besides her martial arts achievements, Heidi Bacon is not only an accomplished gymnast having competed at county level, but also a member of a kart racing team where she has raced in many British racing championships.
