Choy Li Fut Kung Fu - Why have so many forms?
Some lineages of Choy Li Fut Kung Fu have over 250 forms (katas). Most have between 70-140 moves in each form. The question came up, why have more than 4 forms? Does knowing more forms make you a jack of all trades and a master of none?

Ping Kuen Choy Li Fut Kung Fu | Norwich martial arts
Niel first learnt the Ping Kuen in 2003, it is a Choy Li Fut Kung Fu form from the King Mui branch. Ping Kuen means level hand form and is one of the eight important forms. For two weeks in 2010 Niel travelled to King Mui village for correction on all eight important forms. Chan Sun Chiu the Keeper of King Mui Choy Li Fut gave him his precise and priceless correction.
