Norwich Kung Fu team at "The Martial Arts Show Live" 2011

The Hung Sing demonstation team perform at “The Martial Arts Show Live” in the Birmingham NEC, May 2011

Sifu Chris Abbott demonstrated the rare and powerful Choy Li fut Kung Fu Tiger Hand Form (Fu Ying Kuen) 虎形拳.

Sifu Heidi Bacon showed the Four Door Horse Bench Form (Sei Moon Cheung Kiu Dang) 四門長橋櫈.

Si-hing Ezra Hall gave spectators an opportunity to witness one of the unique five internal Choy Li Fut forms. Buddha Taming Tiger Hand Form (Law Hon Fook Fu Kuen) 羅漢伏虎拳.

And Si-hing Matt Goodchild performed the eight direction hand form Righteous and Strong Pa-Kwa Hand Form (Yee Jong Bot-Gwa Kuen) 義壯八卦拳.
